Endorsements et al

We've been getting more endorsements in:

Conservatives 12 (+5) : The Financial Times, The Sun, The Times, Mail on Sunday, News of the World, Sunday Express, Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, Economist, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, Daily Express

Labour 2 (-7) : Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror

LibDems 2 (+2): The Guardian, The Observer

No Endorsements: People, Independent on Sunday

It is interesting to note that the plus five endorsements that the Conservative Party has gained are all under the Rupert Murdoch Empire. These same papers some 5 years ago endorsed New Labour.

All this is nothing to do with David Cameron accepting free flights to hold private talks with Mr Murdoch in August 2008 of course.

So the Conservative Party is not a careerist party heavily influenced by the Media Class then?

Given that the Conservative papers make up the vast bulk of all newspaper sales, should the Tories be getting a majority of people supporting them?
