I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about Michael Howard's speech today on law & order, putting it firmly back on the political agenda. Crime, and the fear of crime, is a massive issue on the doorstep - as suggested by the returns on our surveys in Cringleford, Colney and New Costessey - and it is good that the Conservatives are making headway here.
