Incinerator Project takes a blow

Don't get too excited and stop those champagne corks - it'll give us time on the issue but itsn't the issue resolved.

Great News! The main thing is to be positive and open to SRM/NEWS's MBT bid, otherwise we are back to WRG and the incinerator again in december
