Indeed, the Lib Dems polled a slightly higher vote on Thursday than in 2003....<BR/><BR/>Correct me if I am wring but in 2003 the Lib Dems won every seat in Norwich South bar Bowthorpe. They polled over 40% across the whole of Norwich.
